Partnership Policy

 

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to provide guidance for the partnership opportunities that Axle and Olio may pursue.

Types of partnerships: Axle and Olio may enter into partnerships with other businesses, organizations, or individuals that share our values and mission. These partnerships may include joint ventures, collaborations, sponsorships, or any other mutually beneficial agreement.

Criteria for partnership selection: All potential partnerships must align with Axle & Olio’s mission, values, and goals. Axle and Olio will evaluate partnership opportunities based on the following criteria:

Partnership agreement: All partnerships must be formalized through a written agreement that outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and benefits of each party. 

The policy will be altered to include the following details for each potential collaborative opportunity:

• The purpose and goals of the partnership
• The responsibilities and obligations of each party
• The benefits and compensation for each party
• The timeline and milestones for the partnership
• The termination clause and dispute resolution process
• Confidentiality and intellectual property rights

Partnership management: All partnerships will be managed by a designated representative from Axle and Olio. The representative will be responsible for ensuring that the partnership is meeting its goals and milestones, communicating with the partner, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Evaluation and review: All partnerships will be evaluated regularly to ensure that they are meeting their objectives and aligning with Axle & Olio’s mission and values. The evaluation process may include a review of financial and operational data, customer feedback, and a review of the partner’s performance.
